Megan McCraken

Following a 30-year career across Australia in the mining, energy, and transport sectors working in Western Australia, Victoria and NSW, including a decade in an executive role, Megan is now a leadership coach, leadership and team effectiveness consultant and non-executive director. 

She is the Chair of the Freight and Logistics Council of WA and a Non-Executive Director with Pacific Energy.

A long-time advocate for gender balance in historically male-dominated industries, Megan is a past Chair of the National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO), delivers the induction for Women in Mining WA’s mentoring program, is a mentor with WIMWA, NAWO and Mentor Walks, co-hosts the Extraordinary Women network, and won the Industry Advocate category of the 2021 National Women in Industry Awards.
